Eligibility Criteria for NIELIT Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Data Entry Operator : 10+2 with 60% marks and should have passed “A” level examination conducted by NIELIT (erstwhile DOEACC) Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DietY), Govt. of India with at least 55% marks or 10+2 with 60% marks and 3 years Diploma in Modern Office Practice with at least 50% marks from a Diploma level institute duly recognized by State Board of Technical Education or BCA/B.Sc.(Computer Science or Information Technology) with atleast 50% marks. And Candidates must have passed Punjabi at Matric level with 6 month experience.
• For Database Administrator : B Tech.(Computer Science/ Information Technology) or MCA and having knowledge of Punjabi with two years experience in software development, Database Management Systems & .NET application development, Java.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 37 years

Age Relaxation : 

• For SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen : 5 years

Job Location : Chandigarh (Punjab)

Selection Process : Selection will be made on Written Test, Computer Typing Test & Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay  Rs. 500/- & Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/ PWD/Women candidates through Bank Draft in Favour of NIELIT Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh/ Mohali.
